President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced a general mobilization in the country in connection with the Russian invasion late on Thursday, February 24.

The operational reserve is the first to be mobilized - former military personnel under the age of 40, who have combat experience and served in the army under contract or in one of the mobilization waves.
The second (if necessary) are military personnel who served in conscription before 2014 or served under a contract.
In the third place, the mobilization reserve will be called up - conscripted citizens who graduated from military departments of universities as reserve officers and were not called up during the previous mobilization campaigns.
Further, if necessary, the mobilization is extended to the public reserve — other citizens who do not have age and physical limitations for military service and can be recruited to recruit the Armed Forces and other military personnel formed exclusively in a special period.
We note that the mobilization is being carried out in 24 regions of Ukraine and will last 90 days.
Earlier, martial law was introduced in Ukraine in connection with the invasion of the Russian Federation.
