Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Denys Shmygal said that since unvaccinated teachers are suspended from work, all Ukrainian schoolchildren and students must return to their desks.
"The government insists that education in all educational institutions should be full-time. Since Monday, unvaccinated teachers and professors have been suspended, so it allows us to assume that 100% of the teams have been vaccinated," the prime minister said.
At the same time, Shmyhal emphasized that such a decision was also dictated by the recommendation of the World Health Organization.
The Prime Minister said that the government, together with the heads of local self-government, will make every effort to return pupils and students to classes.
Let us remind you that as of November 8, 7325 schools and universities in Ukraine were on distance learning and 5631 were working full-time.
