By Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) dated December 16, 2020 No. 2499, from January 1, 2021 tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized water drainage for consumers of the Infoxvodokanal branch of Infox LLC have been established.
List of tariffs of Infox LLC:
- on centralized water supply for BUSINESS SUBJECTS in the field of centralized water supply and drainage - UAH 6,492, for 1 m3 with VAT;
- on centralized water drainage for BUSINESS SUBJECTS in the field of centralized water supply and drainage - UAH 4,584, for 1 m3 with VAT;
- on centralized water supply for OTHER USERS (including legal entities and the population living in the private sector and in multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 16,44, for 1 m3 with VAT;
- on centralized water drainage for OTHER USERS (including legal entities and the population living in the private sector and in multi-apartment buildings) – UAH 13,584, for 1 m3 with VAT

It should be noted that the previous tariffs were established on February 05.02.2020, 2020. During 01.01.2021, there was a significant increase in many costly components of tariffs. Therefore, in general, the increase in tariffs from XNUMX amounted to 12,3%.
To change tariffs primarily influenced by the following factors:
- on 14,8% labor costs increased as a result of raising the minimum wage from UAH 4723. up to 6000 hryvnias, as well as an increase in the subsistence minimum, from the amount of which temporary tariff rates and salaries for positions are calculated. At the same time, the specific weight of expenditure on wages and the single social contribution in the cost structure of the tariff is 44,2%;
- more than 20% tariffs for electric energy increased, as a result of which the planned expenses for payment of electric energy increased by 15,2%. At the same time, the specific weight of expenses for electric energy in the cost structure of the tariff is 22,3%;
- due to inflationary processes in Ukraine on 5,5% expenses for reagents increased, on 2,1% increased expenses for renting a complete property complex;
- in connection with the increase in prices for materials and components, the costs of repair work carried out to ensure the reliability of the water supply and drainage systems have increased.
It should be noted that the branch of "Infoksvodokanal" has carried out a number of measures in recent years to install modern energy-efficient equipment. Thanks to this, we succeeded significantly reduce electricity consumption. And this, in turn, makes it possible to minimize the growth of water tariffs when energy prices increase.
