Good news for FOPs: fines for the absence of cash registers will be canceled in January, and they plan to reduce them by 90% for the whole hour. This was reported by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Daniil Hetmantsev.
According to him, due to the fact that in January there were failures in the system of software PRO, fines for the previous month will be canceled.
"There was no check of FOPs in January regarding non-issue of checks. Therefore, fines are not accrued for January. In order to remove any issues, we will cancel the fines for January altogether," Hetmantsev explained.
According to him, fines can be canceled in February-March, when the parliament will be able to put this issue to a vote.
"I will ask the deputies to vote for it... And I have just the position to cancel fines for January." And there is a position to significantly reduce by 90% the fines for the whole hour for those who installed the PRO," Hetmantsev summarized.
It should be noted that a fine of 100% of the value of the goods sold in violation of the FOP is provided for a violation, and 150% of the value of the goods for subsequent violations.
