Petro Kotin, President of Energoatom NPP, believes that the Russian military is preparing to leave the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
"It seems that they are packing their bags and stealing everything they can find," Kotin said, stressing that it is still too early to say that the Russian military is leaving the facility.
According to Kotin, in recent weeks, Energoatom has been recording signs that the Russian military may be planning to leave the ZNPP. He noted that recently there have been many reports in the Russian mass media that the nuclear plant can be left by handing over control to the IAEA.
