Vice-President of the European Commission, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell arrived in Kyiv.
Borrell personally in the X network confirmed his arrival in Ukraine and published his photo from the train carriage.
He announced that he is visiting Kyiv for the fourth time since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia to discuss with Ukrainian friends the unwavering support of the European Union for Ukraine.
"I returned to Kyiv... Here to discuss with our Ukrainian friends the unwavering support of the EU from Ukraine — in the military part, in the financial part of the new mechanism in Ukraine, as well as the way to reform the EU," — wrote Borrell.
It is noted that during the visit, the diplomat will confirm the long-term military support of Ukraine from the international community.
In addition to Borrell, his special adviser, diplomat Zaki Laidi, also arrived in the Ukrainian capital. He confirmed the visit with a photo on the network.
