President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska went on a working visit to the Kingdom of Sweden.
This is what the head of state said informed on Facebook.
As part of the visit, meetings are planned with Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, King Charles XVI, Queen Silvia, Speaker Andreas Norlen and heads of parliamentary parties.
"Broad Ukrainian-Swedish negotiations. I would personally like to thank Sweden for supporting our struggle for freedom and independence," Zelenskyi said.
"Our primary task is to strengthen Ukrainian soldiers on the ground and in the sky, develop bilateral cooperation, in particular, in the defense industry, European integration of Ukraine and common security in the Euro-Atlantic space. Our full support for Sweden on its way to NATO. We are confident that together we will guarantee reliable peace in the entire Baltic-Black Sea-Azov region," the president said.
