President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the reaction of the UN and the Red Cross on the undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP. He emphasized that he was shocked by the statements of international organizations.

Zelensky explained that he does not understand why these world structures were created. After all, they did not help the Ukrainian victims of the disaster in any way.
"They are not there! Although the disaster happened so many hours ago, and they are not there. But the UN and the Red Cross should be the first to save lives. That's what these structures were created for," he said.
The President of Ukraine also noted that he was shocked by the "diplomatic" reaction to Russia's terrorist attack on the Kakhovskaya HPP.
"We have not received any response. I am shocked. And if there was a reaction, it was very diplomatic," the president emphasized.
Since the Kakhovka Dam was occupied by the Russians, he could not provide any evidence that the dam was blown up by Putin's forces.
"What evidence can we have? When we're there, we'll collect evidence."
It is also necessary to involve international experts. Zelensky recalls his reservations: "A year ago, we said that we had information that something would happen."
