The ballistic missile that Russia fired at Odesa during the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi "landed" approximately 300-400 meters from him.
The head of state told about this in interview for the Cinque minuti program of the Italian TV channel Rai 1.
"The rocket came very quickly, the siren started working, but very briefly, because, as we understand, the strike came from the occupied Crimea. Therefore, the teams could not react very quickly", he recalled.
Zelensky says that he does not know at whom the invaders aimed the blow.
"In any case, it's something incredible when we have a prime minister from another state. I'm not talking about myself, I'm talking about some respect for the leaders of other countries, for the people of other countries. You see that from Russia, from Putin it simply does not exist - to hit with a ballistic missile when the Prime Minister of Greece visits. He was very surprised, but I wasn't," — the president added.
