As of 11:00 a.m. on December 1, all power plants in the power system are operating. The capacity deficit has decreased to 20%. At the same time, consumption restrictions continue to apply to ensure balance in the energy system.
All operators of the distribution system (oblenergo) have been assigned consumption limits for each region.
Ukraine's power grid is gradually being restored, but the situation is still not easy: there are emergency blackouts in Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro, and emergency blackouts in Lviv.
