In the city of Khasavyurt, about a hundred people also came out to protest. Clashes between security forces and protesters were observed there. The police tried to detain the participants, but they resisted, even shots were fired.

Rallies also started today in the city of Nalchik. Local officials approached the protesters, but they refused to answer questions about the number of those mobilized.
