Odesa sailors continue to go to rallies, because they still cannot get a work permit outside of Ukraine, despite the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The sailors' rally resulted in the detention of two people, and the others received summonses.
All because the two men refused to show their documents.
Odessa sailors say that they do not know these men and call them provocateurs, but the law enforcement officers explain their actions by the need to establish the identity of the detainees.
