Russia is preparing pseudo-referendums in four regions of Ukraine

The Kremlin, apparently realizing that it will no longer advance in Ukraine, decided to annex the territories it managed to seize.

The State Duma quickly passed laws on mobilization, and collaborators in the occupied territories of Ukraine are calling on Moscow to urgently adopt them into the Russian Federation. The mass media write that Vladimir Putin will make a speech on this issue today

On September 19, the so-called "public chambers" of the "LPR" and "DPR" demanded to immediately initiate "referendums" on their recognition as subjects of the Russian Federation. Following them, Gauleiter Volodymyr Saldo announced the "voting" in the occupied Kherson Region, and promised to start pseudo-defendums in the captured part of Zaporizhzhia "in the next few days."

The occupiers plan to hold their pseudo-referendums from September 23 to 27.

Ukraine has already reacted to such news.

The head of the president's office, Andriy Yermak, called Russia's attempts to hold so-called referendums on the occupied territories of Ukraine blackmail.

"Fake referendums will not change anything. As well as no hybrid "mobilization". Russia was and remains an aggressor that illegally occupies a part of Ukrainian land," said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba.

He added that Ukraine has every right to liberate its territories, and will continue to liberate them, "no matter what Russia says."

The international community is being urged to react to the Russian Federation's intentions regarding the "referendums" with new sanctions and the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

World leaders condemn Russia's intentions to hold so-called referendums on the occupied territories of Ukraine regarding joining the Russian Federation. They emphasize that they will consider the upcoming referendums on joining the Russian Federation as illegitimate.
