In Odesa, restrictions were introduced in the work of entertainment establishments. Measures were taken for the safety of citizens.
As of press service of the Odesa City Hall, certain measures begin to operate in accordance with the joint order of the leadership of the Odesa OVA and the commander of the operational-strategic grouping of the "Odesa" troops.
It is about the document "On some issues of civil protection of the population in the Odesa region under the legal regime of martial law", which was approved due to the high threat to people's lives and health caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
"In order to ensure public safety and order, to preserve the lives of civilians, restrictions have been introduced on the territory of Odesa during the legal regime of martial law from 22:00 p.m. to 09:00 a.m.," the mayor's office said.
In the period from 22.00:09.00 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX a.m., restrictions apply on the territory of the city of Odessa:
- limited economic activity of enterprises, institutions, organizations, regardless of the forms of ownership and industry affiliation, in the spheres of service and entertainment, including, but not limited to, entertainment complexes, clubs, centers, other entities providing entertainment services to the population, by means of a ban;
- the use of light and/or light-like means that worsen the unmasking features of the territory is prohibited;
- the use of sound equipment, apparatus, acoustic systems and/or other musical means is prohibited;
- it is prohibited to serve the public outside and/or inside the premises and in the relevant territories;
- stay, movement, entry/exit of citizens, foreigners and/or stateless persons is prohibited.
