Ukraine experienced another tragic night connected with Russia's aggression against civilians. On the morning of June 13, the Russians launched a massive attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih, the birthplace of the country's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. The city, located deep behind the front line, was attacked at once by seven cruise missiles fired from Russian aircraft.
Three rockets were shot down, and the rest damaged civilian objects that have nothing to do with military infrastructure: in particular, an apartment building, a food warehouse, and a car repair company.
One of the rockets destroyed an ordinary five-story "Khrushchevka" in which people were sleeping with a direct hit. The impact caused household gas to explode, as a result of which the apartments from the first to the fifth floors turned into an infernal inferno, where people were burned alive. The fire covered 700 square meters, and rescuers are still putting it out.
Data on the dead and injured are constantly updated. As of now, it is known about 25 injured people (of which 10 are serious and three are extremely serious), as well as 11 dead. There are still people under the rubble of the five-story building - rescuers can hear their cries for help, but so far they cannot reach them. Several parked cars burned in the yard of the house.
Four more were injured in another area of the city, where the rocket hit a car repair enterprise.
"Terrorists again took the lives of people who are sleeping peacefully in their apartments. The heart is torn in two, said the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Serhiy Lysak. "Mir, do you see this?"

It is reported that tonight, according to preliminary data, the enemy launched 14 Kh-101/555 cruise missiles, 10 of which were destroyed by air defense. He also carried out an airstrike by 4 Shaheds, one of which was destroyed by our defenders.
