Ukraine, NATO and the EU will hold a tripartite meeting during which they will discuss the strengthening of partnership and Russian aggression. This will be the first meeting in this format, its purpose will be to strengthen partnership and cooperation in the defense of Ukraine and Europe.

The meeting will take place on February 21 at the NATO headquarters. It will be attended by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, and the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell. After that, they will hold a joint press conference where they will talk about the results of the negotiations.
"On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, and the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, at the NATO headquarters," the NATO press office said.
Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba noted that this will be the first meeting between Ukraine, the European Union and NATO in such a tripartite format.
"I am waiting for a meeting with Jens Stoltenberg and Josep Borrell to strengthen our partnership and cooperation for the protection of Ukraine and Europe," said Dmytro Kuleba.
After the meeting, according to the announcement, Stoltenberg, Borrell and Kuleba will make a joint statement to the press.
Before the meeting, Kuleb, at the head of the Ukrainian delegation, is participating in the Munich Security Conference, which started on February 17 and will last until February 19. The Ukrainian delegation plans to raise three key topics: the supply of long-range missiles to Ukraine and the unblocking of the transfer of Western fighter jets, the accession of our country to NATO, as well as the future of the Russian Federation. Official representatives of Russia were not invited to participate in the conference.
