The Ministry of Education will determine the advisability of obtaining a second higher education for men of conscription age during the war. About this informed Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov on Ukrainian Radio.
Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, stated that the Ministry of Education will determine the expediency of obtaining a second higher education for men of military age during the war.
"The Ministry of Education will now consider this issue, conduct an analysis, because it so happened that mostly men with a certain life experience of 40-50 years decided to get a second or third education. The number of people who want to get an education has increased many times. If you can serve in the army, whether you are fit or not, the relevant ministry will decide whether or not to wait for training," the NSDC secretary said.
Danilov called the issue of obtaining a "second higher education, a third, and sometimes even a fourth" a matter of "moral order."
