Korban, Kolomoisky and Rabinovych were on the list. People's deputy Serhiy Vlasenko published the corresponding decree of the head of state on his Facebook. There are only 10 surnames in the published document. In addition to the above there are: Anas Al-Salyamat; Ihor Vasylkivskyi; Olena Yeromina; Larisa Kol; Vyacheslav Lim; Halyna Rogovenko; Seymour Huduev.
It is currently unknown whether the document, decree number 502, dated July 18, is genuine. It is not yet on the president's website, while decrees 502-503 are omitted on the president's website, and decree 501 is immediately followed by decree No. 504 — exactly on July 18. This may indicate that the decision is still confidential and cannot be disclosed.
