In connection with the numerous questions of citizens in connection with the curfew in Odesa from 21:00 on April 9 to 06:00 in the morning on April 11! the Odesa Military Regional Administration provided additional detailed explanations.
WHY WAS THE EXTENDED CURFUSE INTRODUCED? Taking into account the events that happened in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, where 50 people died and 98 were injured as a result of a rocket attack on the train station, there is a threat of a rocket attack in Odesa on April 10. That is why, by the order of the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Maksym Marchenko, a curfew was introduced on the territory of Odesa and Odesa region from 21:00 p.m. on April 9 to 06:00 a.m. on April 11.
WHAT RESTRICTIONS AND FENCES WILL APPLY DURING THIS PERIOD?
At night (from 21.00:9 on April 06.00 to 10:21.00 on April 10 and from 06.00:11 on April XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX on April XNUMX) all curfew measures remain unchanged. That is, it is forbidden for people to stay in the streets and other public places during the specified period without specially issued passes and certificates.
Daytime restrictions and permits from 06:00 AM to 21:00 PM on April 10:
Businesses of a continuous cycle, hospitals and pharmacies are working as usual. Planned burials and related ritual events are permitted with the minimum number of attendees (close relatives and friends).
MOVEMENT AROUND THE CITY AND REGION:
Movement on foot, by public and personal transport is limited and allowed only in the presence of documents certifying the need for such movement (train or bus tickets, referral for treatment, business trip certificate, certificate of an employee of a continuous cycle enterprise).
It is prohibited to work and visit markets, public catering establishments, cafes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment establishments, recreation parks, sports facilities, shops, retail outlets and gas stations.
OPERATION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
The movement of public transport will be significantly limited, but regular route buses, trolleybuses and trams will run through the city.
HOW WILL RAILWAYS AND BUS STATIONS WORK?
The timetable of railway trains and intercity buses does not change, boarding and disembarking passengers, as well as admission to and exiting stations is carried out in the presence of previously purchased travel documents (i.e. tickets) and identity documents. It is necessary to arrive at the stations directly at the time of boarding the train or bus. Only those traveling with purchased tickets will be admitted to the stations. Request to accompanying persons - stay at home.
WALKING THE DOGS during the extended curfew in Odesa and the Odesa region: If you have a four-legged friend, be sure to take your passport with you for a walk. You should walk near your home, without going far, and shorten the walking time as much as possible. If you are approached by representatives of territorial defense, the National Guard, the Armed Forces of Ukraine or the National Police, show your documents at their request and politely explain that you are walking your dog near your entrance and do it quickly. A maximum of three accompanying persons are permitted to be moved to provide food and treatment arrangements for the animals.
AGRICULTURAL ANIMAL GRAZING:
Grazing of farm animals is allowed on the territory of the Odesa region on pastures and specially designated lands, with no more than three shepherds, who, accordingly, will have all the necessary identity documents with them.
WHAT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED?
It is strictly forbidden to stay outside a personal apartment, i.e. on the street, in the number of more than three people and without identity documents.
