Meta promised not to block content about the Azov regiment.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said that he agreed on this with Meta representatives at a meeting in Davos.
The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, said that he agreed with Meta company representatives that content about the Azov Regiment would not be blocked on its Facebook and Instagram platforms.
"Hundreds of accounts of Ukrainian military, bloggers and activists were unblocked. But the most pressing topic still remained the blocking of photos and videos about the "Azov" shelf. Thank you Meta for the considered and important decision to change the moderation policy in Ukraine. Thanks to this, millions of people in the world will learn about the feat of the defenders of Mariupol, and Russian propaganda will lose its argument for accusing Ukrainian heroes."
