Construction of new housing resumed in regions of Ukraine far from hostilities.
In March, it was possible to claim that the market for new buildings was frozen. Today, we are observing the renewal of construction in all regions far from hostilities. Prices for new meters have increased in currency compared to the pre-war level.
According to the LUN study, work continued on 92% of construction sites in Volyn and Rivne regions, 89% in Ivano-Frankivsk, 88% in Zakarpattia, and 85% in Ternopil.
Prices in the western regions increased from 6,7% to 15,5%. This is the highest indicator in the country.
