Ukrainians with special conditions are offered jobs in Germany. This country has recently conducted an integration course for 100 refugees. In the near future, the same number of people will take the course. First of all, these are Ukrainians who are trying to adapt to the German labor market.
Those Ukrainians who will be able to pass the integration course should get work experience and further qualifications as soon as possible, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs reported. Employment centers have helped a large number of refugees from Ukraine in recent months.
After the initial phase of orientation and basic learning of the German language, Germany will help with employment. Therefore, the country's government is once again intensifying its efforts to quickly integrate refugees into the labor market.
In order for refugees to enter the labor market effectively, after completing the integration course, they must regularly visit the employment center. You can usually find a job with a B1 or A2 language level.
Job centers and employment agencies can make it easier for integration course graduates and employers to find each other.
As Daniel Terzenbach, head of the regions of the federal employment agency, notes, successful integration in the labor market is best achieved when all parties actively participate in it. According to Terzenbach, he sees more opportunities to combine the efforts of various participants in the labor market, to coordinate joint actions with them, and to look for new ways and solutions.
We will remind that according to the most optimistic forecasts, from 1,3 to 3,3 million refugees will not return to Ukraine. As a result, the economy of Ukraine will fall short of 2,7 to 6,9% of GDP. This will have quite significant consequences for the economy.
