The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the Procedure for conscripting citizens for military service during mobilization, for a special period. The deadline for appearing at the TCC has been shortened.
According to Government Resolution No. 1134 from October 1, the day of appearance at the summons of a reservist or conscript from a settlement that is the administrative center of the region is determined within 7 days, and from other settlements - within ten days from the day of sending the summons by means of postal communication by registered mail with description of the attachment and notice of delivery.
Previously, there was a rule according to which the day of appearance at the call of a reservist or conscript was determined no earlier than 14 days after the date of sending the summons.
