The Cabinet of Ministers published a resolution № 213, which amended the Rules for Crossing the State Border. The resolution changed the regulations for the passage of drivers transporting humanitarian cargo.
The State Border Service explained that the essence of the changes is to abolish the norm according to which the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories or regional or Kyiv City Military Administrations had the right to make decisions on the departure outside Ukraine of drivers carrying out transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, medical cargo, and humanitarian aid cargo by road vehicles.
This rule is no longer valid.
As noted in the Border Guard Service, from today, the passage across the border of male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60, who are transporting medical cargo and humanitarian aid, will be carried out on general grounds. The relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.02.2025 No. 213 "On Amendments to the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine" has come into force.
