On the morning of September 12, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Odessa. The program began with the village of Avangard and the opening of a new facility, however, the guarantor was met there by protesters.
One of the goals of the head of state's visit to Odessa is to get acquainted with the objects that are part of the "Big Construction" program, as part of which a kindergarten in Avangard was built. So, protesters gathered in the yard of the residential complex: they have placards "When are the arrests?" in their hands, "shouts" are heard in the address of the President, "Get out of the warm bath!"
Parents who came to the opening of the kindergarten are indignant because, according to eyewitnesses, the protesters brought photos of beaten people.
Also, according to eyewitnesses, the police liquidated the protest. Activists were in red T-shirts. According to some residents, there were also fights.
The president never communicated with the people of Odessa.
