The Russian military leadership has mobilized in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and is now forming units of the 1st and 2nd army corps to storm populated areas in our country.
This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Valery Zaluzhny.
Most of these people have Russian passports. Now some of those forcibly conscripted into the occupation army are being transported through the territory of the Rostov region, Krasnodar region and temporarily occupied Crimea to carry out a sea offensive operation to capture Odessa.
The second part was taken to Belgorod for the assault on Kiev in the first echelon as cannon fodder.
"This is a war crime and a flagrant violation of the Convention on the Protection of Civilians in Wartime. This is also another proof of the complete subordination of the 1st and 2nd AK of the 8th Army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces emphasized.
