Officials, politicians, businessmen and security forces dominate the struggle for the title of "the most influential" in the Nikolaev region. As before, most of the participants in the rating of 20 influential people were either in power or are now directly related to it. It is noteworthy that representatives of "Servants of the People" were at the top of the list.
Yes, a winner National rating of influence in the Nikolaev region became a famous politician and businessman David Arakhamia. He entered politics in 2019, when he became a People's Deputy from the "Servant of the People" party. Now he heads the pro-presidential faction in the Verkhovna Rada.
On the second line Anna Zamazeeva - a business woman who, an hour ago, became head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council. In March, she headed the regional organization of the Servant of the People party, replacing Davyd Arahamia.
In third place is a well-known agrarian, general director and main owner of the largest agricultural enterprise "Nibulon" Alexey Vadatursky. It is he who raises the agro-industrial complex of the country to the highest level. In addition to agriculture, Vadaturskyi is an innovator in the revival of Ukrainian shipping and shipbuilding, having created the shipbuilding and shiprepair plant "Nibulon" as part of the company.
The fourth place goes to the mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich. He became the mayor in November 2015, and for the second time won the election five years later - in November 2020.
The fifth line is for the chairman of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration Vitaly Kim. He joined politics almost at the same time as Zelensky, became a volunteer in the presidential elections. Zelensky appointed him to the post of head of the OGA in November 2020, and a month earlier Kim won the local elections and became a deputy of the Nikolaev City Council. Thus, at this time, he combines the two above-mentioned positions, which, however, does not contradict the Law "On Public Service".
In the sixth position, one of the richest Ukrainians is the owner of the grain trading company "Prometey" Rafael Goroyan. In 2012, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada on behalf of Vitaliy Klitschko's Udar. The businessman headed the regional organization of the party until 2013, and later called his foray into politics a big mistake.
Seventh place for the chief police officer of the Nikolaev region Sergei Shaikhet. He has been working in this position for almost a year and a half. Prior to that, the colonel was the head of the police investigation department in the Odesa region.
On the eighth line is the former People's Deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, a businessman Boris Kozyr. The ninth line is from the chief prosecutor of the region Vladimir Govorukha. He has been working in the prosecutor's office for 20 years, and was appointed to the position of head of the Nikolaev regional prosecutor's office in early March.
The owner of the "Ocean" shipyard closes the top ten Vasyl Kapatsyna. He purchased the enterprise in December 2018 at a public auction after the plant went through bankruptcy proceedings.

- Sergey Kantor - deputy of the city council, chairman of the supervisory board of PJSC "Ekvator", honored machine builder of Ukraine;
- Pityrym Starinsky - Metropolitan of Mykolaiv and Ochakovsky;
- Sholom Gottlieb - chief rabbi of Mykolaiv and the Mykolaiv region;
- Alexey Zhukovets - General Director of the State Enterprise "Zorya Scientific and Production Complex Gas Turbo Construction"-"Mashproekt";
- Halyna Podzygun is the chairman of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.
