Yuriy Dudienkov, the head of the Supervisory Board of the Odesa port plant, is probably a "Russian agent of influence". it is stated in the material of the Odessa Center for Journalistic Investigations.
According to the Center, until 2017, Yuriy Dudienkov managed a strategic enterprise in Russia, namely the Voronezh chemical plant of AO "Minudobreniya" (Rossosh). The owner of the factory is Arkady Rotenberg, an oligarch and Putin's closest ally.
In addition, the journalists found out that a person with the initials of Yury Dudienkov, which completely coincide, has the citizenship of the Russian Federation, and this can be verified in open sources.
Journalists also claim that OPZ is important for Russians in the context of the Tolyatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline. Before the Great War, Russian ammonia went through OPZ and the Southern port for export, but since February 2022, this route no longer works. Meanwhile, Russia called the restoration of this ammonia pipeline one of the conditions for unlocking the "grain agreement".
The team of the Public Investigation Center appealed to the SBU with a demand to verify the facts presented in the material and establish whether the head of the OPZ really has Russian citizenship.
