Odesa has always been good at and loved to hold events – from weddings to grand festivals. But organizing an event in Odessa is not just about “setting up chairs” or “calling famous artists.” Who organizes all this? Who launches trends, finds new formats, takes risks, changes the agenda and gathers full halls? The ElitExpert team, together with the International Expert Club, decided to find out, conducted a study – and compiled a rating of “100 most famous event organizers in Odessa – 2025”, published on the website of the National Rating Platformto highlight those who truly impact the events industry.
To highlight their uniqueness and contribution, we divided all participants into 12 categories – from organizers of large-scale festivals and business forums to those working in niche areas, creating small but significant projects. We were not limited to one area – this included concert producers, art festival curators, sports event creators, and fashion show organizers.
But our goal is not just to name 100 names, but to identify those who truly set the tone for the region's event industry, those who are looked up to by colleagues and whose work becomes a benchmark. That is why we are launching a popular vote and from March 24 to April 24, an open vote will be held on the Elite of Ukraine platform. Up to 20 participants can be supported each day - and this is a chance to thank those whose events you remember and show whose work is really important to you.
But voting is just one of the stages. In May, a closed event will be held in Odessa, where industry leaders will gather. The top ten finalists of the rating will receive the status of key speakers, and the event itself will become a place to exchange experiences, find new partners, discuss future trends and award the best organizers in the region. In short, it is a platform for interaction that will allow the entire industry to reach a new level.
Why do we do this?
Because Odesa is a city that has always had a vibrant cultural and festival life. We want to not only celebrate the best, but also popularize the event industry, create a professional community, and demonstrate that, despite martial law, air raid sirens, and missile attacks, the industry not only continues to operate, but also becomes a driver of the city's development.
After all, event organizers do more than just put on a show, they inspire, unite and, of course, contribute to economic growth. Our rating is a way to show their contribution and make their work even more visible. Now it's your turn – follow the rating, vote, support the best and choose those who shape the event history of Odessa!
From thousands of experts, we selected only hundred, dividing them into 12 categories that reflect the real diversity of the Odessa event industry.
