Ex-Minister of Ecology Zlochevskyi is wanted

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has declared the former Minister of Ecology and Nature Management Mykola Zlochevsky wanted. Relevant information appeared in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
According to the department, the official was last seen on February 1, 2018 in Odessa.
He was assigned to the category of persons hiding from pre-trial investigation bodies under Part 4 of Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (offering, promising or providing an illegal benefit to an official).
Suspicion in this article, as well as part 3 of Art. 27 (criminal organization) were presented to Zlochevskyi on July 1.
Prior to that, on June 12, NABU detectives documented an attempt to give a bribe in the amount of 6 million dollars - an amount that became a record for bribes in Ukraine. The head of SAP Nazar Kholodnytskyi and the head of NABU Artem Sytnyk said at the briefing that they wanted to transfer this money to their departments for closing the case against ex-Minister of Ecology Mykola Zlochevskyi, who is the president of the Burisma company.
According to mass media, Zlochevsky now lives in the United Arab Emirates
