During the session of the Lviv district council, the bronze medalist of the 2020 Olympic Games, the MP from Samopomochy, Stanislav Horuna, and his colleague from Svoboda, Bohdan Fedun, fought.
The video published on the Internet shows how deputies of the Lviv District Council got into a fight. Others present asked them to calm down, but the Lviv electors did not react to this.
According to Horuna, the colleague allegedly insulted his ego, calling him "cotton".
"He started shouting that I am a cotton ball." I told him: "If you were a normal man, you would have told me this at a personal meeting, when we met and discussed all these issues, and not now on camera. And now you're behaving like a jerk." He started insulting me and throwing himself at me. He tried to hit me with his head, then with his knee, he swung at me with his hand. I just knocked my ego to the ground," Horuna said.
Bohdan Fedun said that Horuna allegedly provoked him into a fight. He also accused his colleague of going to Russia.
