The police once again entered the territory of the National Natural Park "Tuzlovsky lymany" as part of a fabricated case against the director of the National Park "Tuzlovsky lymany" Iryna Vykhrystiuk, the deputy of the National Park Ivan Rusev reported on Facebook.
The reason is the work carried out by the park administration to connect the Tuzlovsky estuary with the Black Sea.
The police opened criminal proceedings and blocked the works. They were going to arrest National Park equipment. According to Ivan Rusev, the reason for opening the proceedings is a statement from the chairman of the Belgorod-Dniester district council Hryhoriy Melnychenko, who is the son-in-law of the current chairman of the Odesa regional council, Sergey Hrynevetskyi.
"Police cars and former UBEPovtsev have again crossed the reserve zone of the National Park. Representatives of the Department of Ecology of Odesa Regional State Administration and the Environmental Inspectorate were also in these cars, where the policemen together with former law enforcement officers drove "storming" our national park. The latter have already appeared twice without reason in the reserve zone of the National Park on the false and criminal instructions of their leader, Karaulov. These state structures know exactly how we, the team of the National Park, transparently and consistently do everything to restore the water exchange between the Black Sea and the Tuzlovsk estuaries.
But in this case, they are working on the order of a bandit group under the control of the chairman of the Belgorod-Dniester district council and the Tatarbunar policemen, who deliberately, under the dictation and control of O. Bodyul, open criminal proceedings against the national park for the fact that we conscientiously fulfill our duties," he noted ecologist
"They said that they were sent by their leader Pavel Bulanovich. It should be noted that the chairman of the Odesa OGA appointed the head of the department of ecology, a corrupt leader who held various positions and was nicknamed "Pasha-500 bucks" on the Internet. And now — the raid of his employees on the National Park is not the work of a civil servant, but a commissioned work against the National Park," added Ivan Rusev.
He added that with the help of the public, he hopes that the law enforcement agencies will close the fabricated criminal proceedings.
