On the market of new buildings in Odessa today, there is enough offered so that the buyer can satisfy his requirements for comfort as much as possible. Moreover, one or even two cars per family is the norm for modern Odessa residents. And when buying an apartment, the question of parking is certainly not the last.
On the one hand, I want the car to be always nearby and safe. Therefore, it is safe to say that underground parking is really a more convenient and modern solution for large cities than open parking.
