The European Union must overcome differences over the use of frozen Russian assets, President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview. Bloomberg Television.
According to him, financial support is critically needed for Ukraine to sustain its economy and continue the fight against Russian aggression.
"I hope we will get this solution. Otherwise, we will have to look for an alternative - it is a matter of our survival. That is why we really need it. And I am counting on partners," said Zelensky.
As a reminder, the EU has postponed until December a decision on using Russian state assets to provide Ukraine with loans worth about 140 billion euros. Kyiv needs the funds by the beginning of next year.
