Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky categorically denied the possibility of transferring Ukrainian territories as part of the United States peace initiative.
"Are we considering giving away any territories? We have no legal right — under the law of Ukraine, under our Constitution, under international law, to be honest. And we have no moral right either," - he emphasized.
Zelensky noted that Russia continues to insist on the transfer of the occupied territories, but Ukraine will not agree to any concessions.
"Of course, Russia insists that we give up territories. We definitely don't want to give anything away - that's what we're fighting for. You know that very well," the president added.
At the same time, he emphasized that the United States "is looking for a compromise today," but Ukraine clearly adheres to its position on territorial integrity.
