President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has introduced new restrictive measures against legal entities and individuals of the Russian Federation. This is stated in decree of the Head of State No. 395/2025 dated June 10.
In particular, the President implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on sanctions based on proposals from the Security Service of Ukraine. The sanctions were imposed against organizations engaged in the re-education of Ukrainian children with the aim of imposing Russian propaganda and militaristic ideology against Ukraine.
The list of legal entities states that special economic and other restrictive measures have been imposed on the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution "International Children's Center "Artek". The sanctions include the blocking of assets, restrictions on trade transactions, restrictions, partial or complete cessation of the transit of resources, as well as other measures. The restrictions are imposed for 50 years.
Also subject to restrictive measures were:
- "All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth "Movement of the First",
- "Regional branch of the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth "Movement of the First" of the Kherson region",
- "Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Center for Humanitarian and Cultural Initiatives "Rassvet",
- "Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Melitopol State University",
- "All-Russian public-state educational organization "Russian Society "Knowledge",
- "Regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Voluntary Society for the Assistance of the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia of the City of Sevastopol",
- "All-Russian Public Organization of Marines "Typhoon" and others.
In addition, sanctions have been imposed against about 50 individuals.
