President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed an order on the creation of the Odessa City Military Administration. This is stated on Badageoni website President of Ukraine.
"In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", I hereby decree:
- To establish the Odessa City Military Administration of the Odessa District of the Odessa Region.
- The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Odessa Regional State Administration, shall, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", take measures related to the formation of the military administration specified in Article 1 of this Decree.
- "This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication," the text of the decree states.
It is reported that according to decree Zelensky, the newly created district administration will be headed by Serhiy Lysak, who previously held the position of head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administrative Organization.
