The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, arrived on a visit to Great Britain. He will take part in the summit of the European Political Community. The president reported this in Telegram.
"The countries of the European space are gathering for the fourth time at the summit of the European Political Community to discuss common topics and challenges. I arrived in Great Britain to participate in the summit, bilateral meetings with partners, signing new security agreements," — he declared.
Zelenskyi added that a separate program of the visit is Ukraine's relations with Great Britain.
"I will meet with His Majesty King Charles III, Prime Minister Keir Starmer, government officials, heads of defense companies. We will sign an intergovernmental agreement on support for the Ukrainian defense industry, discuss future defense cooperation and the expansion of our defense capabilities." he noted.
The president added that from the first days of the full-scale invasion, Great Britain was one step ahead in its determination to support Ukraine.
"This is the kind of determination needed to stop Russian terror," — he emphasized.
