During the NATO summit, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with US President Donald Trump. According to Volodymyr Zelensky, the conversation was long and meaningful.
"We covered all the really important issues. I thank Mr. President, thank the United States. We talked about how to achieve a ceasefire and real peace. We talked about how to protect our people. We appreciate the attention and willingness to help bring peace closer. Details later," — noted the President of Ukraine.
In turn, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, reported that the meeting between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US leader Donald Trump was "warm and constructive." During the talks, the parties discussed key issues of global security, ways to end the war, as well as Ukraine's defense and bilateral cooperation, including economic cooperation, within the framework of the concluded agreement.
