The Verkhovna Rada has registered a draft law on establishing criminal liability for crimes committed by officials and servicemen of territorial recruitment and social support centers against citizens. The legislative initiative was registered under the number 13365.
It is proposed that failure to call or untimely call an ambulance while a "busified" person is in the premises and on the territory of the CCC will be punishable by a fine of 100 thousand subsistence minimum incomes of citizens or by corrective labor for up to 2 years, or by restriction of liberty for a term of 2 to 4 years (if this led to negative consequences and permanent loss of the person's working capacity by more than 25%), or by imprisonment for up to 3 years (if this led to the death of the person).
The use of physical force or destruction or damage to property by an official or military CCC during the implementation of mobilization measures against citizens is proposed to be punished by a fine in the amount of 100 thousand to 250 thousand subsistence minimum incomes of citizens or by corrective labor for up to 2 years, or by restriction of liberty for up to 2 years, with compensation for the victim's property losses, demotion by 1 degree, and a ban on holding certain positions for 1 to 3 years, or without such.
For threatening to kill or causing bodily harm or beatings, by an official or military CCC during mobilization, it is proposed to establish a punishment - restriction of liberty for a term of 1 to 3 years or detention in a disciplinary battalion for a term of up to 2 years (if this led to negative consequences and complete loss of the person's ability to work with compensation for full treatment of the victim), or imprisonment for a term of 3 to 7 years and demotion in rank by 1-3 degrees with a ban on holding certain positions for up to 3 years, or deprivation of rank and a ban on holding certain positions for a term of 3 to 5 years.
