A large-scale event took place in Odessa, bringing together the best doctors and medical managers of the region in one place — White Innovation Night. The event was organized by a well-known rating agency Elitexpert.
As part of the solemn ceremony, the results of a large-scale study were summarized and the laureates of two professional ratings were named: the best doctors and the most progressive medical institutions in the Odessa region.

The evening began with a jazz performance by talented performers — Vadym Bessarab, Anastasia Bukina and Viktor Hlushchenko. Good music, a welcome drink from the SHABO wine house, and a buffet from the UNIT cafe helped the organizers create a special atmosphere — guests casually chatted, gave interviews, and took photos.
The charismatic hosts of the ceremony were on stage all evening — Andriy Kuts and Victoria Belchenko.
She addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. Head of the rating agency Elitexpert Olena Ovchinnikova, who emphasized that the rating is not just an assessment, but a symbol of public recognition, support, and gratitude.

The first nomination of the evening, which included institutions and doctors working under constant pressure: war, lack of resources, and emergencies; those who are on the front lines every day.
Awards were presented to medical institutions by Deputy Chairman of the Odessa Regional Council Oleg Radkovsky.
The winners in this nomination were:
Military Medical Clinical Center of the Southern Region, the leading medical hub in the south of the country, which saves the lives of thousands of defenders every day — for its resilience and dedication in working with wounded soldiers. The award from the hospital was received by Tatyana Sarnatska, Public Relations Center representative.
Odessa Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination — for impeccable professional expertise and service. The award was presented to the head of the bureau Tatiana Papizh.
Odesa Regional Blood Transfusion Station — for systematic and rescue work in emergency conditions. The award was received Iryna Chernyavska, Deputy Medical Director for Quality.
City Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital — for unwavering work during epidemics and war. The award was received by the chief physician Svetlana Lavryukova.
Odessa Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine — for work in conditions of combat challenges and mass emergencies.
A word of gratitude on behalf of the awardees was delivered by Svetlana Lavryukova.
Then, outstanding doctors who received awards for courage, humanism, and service in times of war and crisis took the stage.

Svetlana Lavryukova — Honored Doctor of Ukraine, infectious disease doctor of the highest category, chief physician of the Odessa City Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, over 50 years of medical experience, of which over 15 years she has been heading the leading infectious disease institution in the southern region of Ukraine. Under her leadership, in recent years the hospital's reception department has been modernized, modern isolated boxes for patients have been opened, powerful oxygen stations have been installed, and diagnostic equipment has been updated, which helped save thousands of lives of Ukrainians during the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
Dmytro Zubok — Maxillofacial surgeon of the Institute of Dentistry of ONMedU, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Doctor of the highest category, leading maxillofacial surgeon of the Institute of Dentistry of the Odessa Medical Academy. Has over 20 years of practical experience, including internships in leading clinics in Switzerland and Ukraine.
In practice, he specializes in reconstructive and restorative surgery — the treatment of complex injuries and oncological diseases of the face and jaw, congenital pathologies — people from all over Ukraine come to him for treatment.
Yaroslav Haida — a surgeon of the highest category, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the Abdominal Surgery Clinic of the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Southern Region. The department he heads is recognized as one of the leading in Ukraine, distinguished by high efficiency in the most complex cases.

Innovative doctors
Next on the stage were doctors who are transforming medical practice. For their courage, high qualifications, and innovation, they were recognized as a symbol of a new stage in the development of medicine in the region.
The awards were presented by business coach and psychologist Natalia Lebedeva.

Volodymyr Tsepkolenko — Professor, Head of the Virtus Institute and the biotechnology company SmartCell. Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Dermatovenereology of the National University of Health Care of Ukraine, President of the Ukrainian Society of Aesthetic Medicine.
Alexander Timakov — a unique interventional cardiac surgeon at the Into-Sana clinic, who operates on the most complex cases. He has over 23 years of experience, and in 2020–2021 he participated in the development of a regional protocol for the treatment of cardiovascular complications in the Odessa region.
Oleksandr Boyko — the chief traumatologist-surgeon of Rehab Clinic with many years of experience, specializing in knee and hip joint replacement. He has specialized courses and internships in clinics in Europe and the USA, where he mastered modern techniques of minimally invasive surgery.
Alexander Smirnov — leading vascular surgeon, head of surgical department No. 1 of the Odrex Medical House. For over two decades, he has been engaged in micro- and macrosurgical interventions, specializing in the surgical treatment of varicose veins, varicocele, pathologies of major vessels, and restoration of neuromuscular conduction.
Vitaly Rusakov — a representative of the new generation of Odessa surgery — dynamic, technological, ambitious. His portfolio includes dozens of Ukrainian and international internships, participation in ESGE and UEG congresses, as well as speeches at national conferences.

Charity auction
A special place at the White Innovation Night was occupied by a charity auction, which the Elitexpert rating agency traditionally holds together with the TRIMAY foundation. Throughout the years of the full-scale war, Elitexpert has been closely cooperating with the foundation, thus implementing many important social initiatives. And each such evening is not only a celebration, but also an opportunity to help.
Among the lots presented at the auction were truly unique and symbolic objects, in particular the art object "Howling Ukraine", made in the form of a motanka doll by an Odessa artist and designer Artem Leshchenko.
Also on offer at the auction was an exclusive perfume from Dmitry Milyutin — a famous Ukrainian perfumer who has been cooperating with Elitexpert for several years and is always ready to support charitable initiatives.
