The meeting of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court on July 3, 2025, determined the new maximum limit value of one official residential premises (i.e. apartment) for judges of the Anti-Corruption Court in the amount of 4 million hryvnias, which is about $96 thousand.
This is the amount of money that will be taken into account by the VAKS when purchasing official housing for two. new judges – Olena Chernova and Tetyana Lytvynko.
It should be noted that in 2019, when the purchase of official housing for judges of the Supreme Judicial Council - winners of the 2018-2019 competition - took place, the maximum marginal cost of one official residential premises (i.e., an apartment) for judges of the Anti-Corruption Court was set at 2,5 million hryvnias ($60 thousand at the 2025 exchange rate).
