Roman Istomin, the spokesman of the Poltava Regional Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support, explained exactly how citizens who violated the rules of military registration are searched for. According to him, a person who has not specified his data in the TCC is not automatically wanted. That's what he's about said in a comment to the Society.
"In general, if a person has not clarified the data, i.e. has not fulfilled the requirements of the law, he is not automatically put on the wanted list, at least not yet. If she did not arrive by summons, then she is submitted for delivery, that is, a request is sent to the police. The request is accompanied by the root of the subpoena — the part that remains in the TCC. This is reported to the appeal, and only after that the police carry out investigative measures." added Roman Istomin.
There is no general list of people who have not updated their data in TCC and JV. Information is sent to the police for each individual offender, explained the representative of the TCC.
After the servicemen of the TCC and SP send a request to the police to deliver a person, search or detention measures are already carried out directly by law enforcement officers, says Roman Istomin.
Almost every law enforcement agency or law enforcement agency has the authority to detain a person. However, with regard to detention within the framework of mobilization, in this case, TCC servicemen work together with the police.
"The TCC informs the police about the need to deliver it in order to draw up a report on an administrative offense and further actions with it. Within the limits of their authority, the police searches for such a citizen, detains and delivers them. There are no cases when a citizen, who has clarified his data and complies with the rules of military registration, is suddenly approached by a car for detention without checking documents, as is sometimes described in anonymous Telegram channels. All actions are carried out in accordance with the law." Roman Istomin explains.
Technically, detention can take place as follows: a person is stopped, for example, at a checkpoint, it is found out that he is wanted by the police at the request of the TCC and SP, he is detained and taken to an institution.
"The second option is when the police find out where this person lives and come purposefully for administrative detention within the limits of their powers. In such a case, the so-called "detention without checking documents" may occur. The police already know where the person is, and there is no need to check documents." - said Roman Istomin, the spokesman of the regional TCC and SP.
