A new system for processing deferrals from mobilization has been in effect in Ukraine since November 1. In total, 720 deferrals have already been automatically extended under the new rules. About informed Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
According to him, more than 720 thousand deferrals were extended without any additional human action. All the necessary data is in state registers. Also, more than 80% of applications are submitted through the "Reserve+" application - without certificates and personal visits to the CCC.
"And those who apply for paper documents now turn not to the CCC, but to the ASNs. Today alone, ASNs have accepted almost 4000 applications. If you have the opportunity, apply for a deferral through Reserve+. It's faster and more convenient," — Shmyhal reported.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs confirmed the data provided by Shmyhal. Minister of Digitalization Mykhailo Fedorov postedthat the opportunity to obtain a deferral remotely through "Reserve+" and through ASCs implemented very quickly - in three monthsThe development was carried out from scratch.
"Now you don't have to go to the CCC, stand in line, or communicate with officials - everything is quick and convenient online or at the nearest ASN, without any corruption risk. This is part of a large-scale reform, the results of which are visible on the first day," — noted Fedorov.
He also confirmed that more than 4000 applications have already been received by the ASCs, and more than 80% of applications are made online — through "Reserve+." As for the extension of deferrals, 720 people did not have to do anything at all — the system extended everything automatically.
