In the 2025 budget, the Government mandated an increase in funding for the activities of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAC).
At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers is invited to work out the issue of increasing the size of the salaries of the employees of the NAKC under clause 2.24.37 of the appendix to the resolution.
We remind that according to data According to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the average salary in the NAZK for September 2024 was:
- from the management of NAZK - UAH 254,2 thousand
- the head of the structural unit - 85,3 thousand UAH (in August - 96,3 thousand UAH)
- ordinary specialist - 49,2 thousand UAH (in August - 50 thousand).
Also, in 2025, it is planned to maintain a separate procedure for calculating official salaries for the NAKC, based on the subsistence minimum of UAH 3028.
Starting from 2021, the budget laws apply a "frozen" subsistence minimum of UAH 2102 to determine the salaries of employees of state bodies whose wages are regulated by special laws, as well as employees of tax and customs authorities, judges.
However, for anti-corruption bodies, in particular, NABU, SAP and NAZK, this living wage is not frozen, and in 2025 it will amount to UAH 3028.
