The Cabinet of Ministers has changed the conditions under which enterprises can reserve workers from mobilization. In addition, from December 1, all reservations will be made through Diya. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the government meeting.
"The new procedure will be effective from December 1. For all those who already have deferrals, there will be a transition period to the new conditions until February 28. By this date, all businesses must renew the reservation of their employees according to the new conditions, regardless of how and when it took place." - he said.
Shmyhal said that by November 15, they conducted an audit of enterprises and organizations that have the status of critical and have the right to reserve employees.
"According to the results of the audit, a number of problematic points were identified that need to be eliminated," — he said.
For yoga words from now on, the regional and industry criticality criteria of enterprises will be agreed with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.
"Secondly, for the private sector, the salary criterion and the absence of debts to the budget are now mandatory points for the reservation of employees. In particular, the accrued average salary in the enterprise and for the booked employee should be at least 2,5 times the minimum salary (20 thousand hryvnias, — ed.)." said the prime minister.
In addition, all bookings from December 1 will be made through Diya. Monthly monitoring of enterprises and organizations will take place so that they meet all criteria, Shmyhal added.
