In Ukraine, summonses have started to be sent through "Ukrposhta", but if they are incorrectly issued, conscripts may face major problems. People's deputy Ihor Fris said this on the air of the TV channel "News.Live".
The deputy reported that if the postal service, in the process of sending summonses, notes that a person does not live at his address, then this person will be in "big trouble", because there will be grounds for opening executive proceedings, seizure of accounts and real estate.
"There can be a huge collapse in the system itself, when the post office will not cope with the delivery of such summonses, when the delivery of such summonses, or their non-delivery, will be improperly processed, which the person will not even know about, but at the same time he will have corresponding obligations to the state, and I expect that there could be a huge problem for the whole society." Fries emphasized.
As Ukrainian Military Pages reports, "Ukrposhta" received about 6 summonses to summon conscripts to the TCC. Accordingly, the distribution of the first 6000 subpoenas began without the participation of the TCC
In particular, summonses generated by the Register of conscripts and signed by the electronic signatures of the heads of territorial centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as evidenced by a special QR code, were printed by Ukrposhta and are now sent to the home addresses of conscripts by registered mail. 14 days have been given to appear before the TCC.
