Ukroboronprom has launched the "Return of Ukrainians" program in Poland, which aims to provide compatriots with the opportunity to return from abroad and find employment at the company's enterprises, the company's press service reported. companies.
It is noted that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, many Ukrainians have left the country and are trying to find themselves beyond its borders. These searches are not always successful. Among such people are those who have experience and knowledge that are in demand at defense enterprises.
Therefore, Ukroboronprom launched the "Return of Ukrainians" program, which gives internally displaced persons the opportunity to get prestigious and stable work in Ukraine, have social protection, as well as prospects for development and growth.
"We have carried out extensive preparatory work in the Society and at our enterprises, and we also maintain contact with leaders of Ukrainian communities in Poland, public and volunteer organizations, the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine and the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland. Our task is to provide decent conditions for the return of our compatriots, to show that their professional qualities are needed by our defense industry," says Andriy Vereshchaka, Director of the Human Resources Management Department of Ukroboronprom.
Currently, meetings and interviews with Ukrainian migrants are taking place at the representative office of JSC UOP in Poland. In the future, interviews will also be possible online, the message states.
