It will be more difficult to implement

Administrative fines will also be imposed on conscripted Ukrainians abroad who have not updated their data within the set deadline.
This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chernogorenko, in an interview with the YouTube channel There is a question.

At the same time, she says that it will be more difficult to implement.

"Unfortunately, there is no unambiguous tool to implement this. Because a resolution on an administrative offense is created, a person must accept the resolution, he must pay a fine, etc....", she noted.

According to Chernogorenko, these people maintain a connection with the state, so they must fulfill their constitutional duties. The deputy minister added that "this is how justice works."

"There can be no distinction here. All the same — administrative responsibility. It's just that it will be a little more difficult for the state to implement it. Given the fact that people were forced to leave their country," — she said.
