Ukrainians conscripted into the military can update their credentials at administrative service centers starting today. This must be done within 60 days. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in Facebook.
As the ministry explains, the process of clarifying military accounting data through TsNAPy should relieve the TCC. A special electronic functionality was developed for TsNAPs.
How does it work?
A Ukrainian man or woman who is conscripted into the military must come to the TsNAP and provide up-to-date personal information. The administrator enters data into the electronic system. This information is automatically pulled into the "Oberig" register.
The conscript receives an extract with the stamp and signature of the administrator of the National Security Service on updating the data.
"Even if you don't have a military ticket, haven't been to the military commissariat for many years, or for some reason haven't updated your data in the TCC, do it in TsNAP. This is how you will comply with the law and protect yourself from a fine." — the message says.
The Ministry of Transformation notes that more than 8300 administrators of TsNAPs in Ukraine have learned to work with the electronic platform, and from today they are gradually gaining access to the electronic functionality. You can find the nearest administrative service center at electronic map.
Nataliya Shamrai, director of the Department of the National Center for National Health and Welfare in Kyiv, noted that that conscripts may not immediately be provided with an extract on updating data. In this case, the citizen will receive a notification about the readiness of the extract or refusal to issue it.
"There may be various technical points or various information that exist in the systems, and a refusal may be formed by means of the system... Further, in such a case, it is necessary to look at why there is a refusal, and the subject of the provision of services, which is the TCC, to solve these issues" , — she said.
